In 1903 our family came to America from a small town outside of Sorrento, Italy. My grandparents had thirteen children. All of the brothers Michael, Salvatore, and Francis stayed in the meat industry.

The Beginning

In 1931 Uncle Mike (center rear row) opened at our current location in Flatbush Brooklyn. Uncle Ted (left rear row) opened in the Marlboro section, and Frank (My Dad legs crossed front row)) partnered with Mike when he returned from the war. And let's not forget Uncle Bruno the brother-in-law who learned the business from Mike and opened in Bay Ridge Brooklyn.

In the 1950's my cousin Albert joined the company and I started as a boy in 1962.

Today Albert and I are joined by Clayton, Artie, John Morales, and my wife Gail who all help to insure that we don't stray from our commitment to you.

My father and uncle left us with a foundation for success. That foundation has served our family well for almost 80 years.
